The newly developed consists of nos independent blower and corresponding heat exchanger which are operated independently to meet different required drying condition for differment weight of fabric , fabric is draw tensionlessly and dried through three layers of Teflon belt, where hot circulation air is evenly distributed on the fabric through the nozzle of air-duct to ensure even drying chamber , the compact drying chamber constructed by moulded insulation panel which minimize heat loss and for energy saving result.

Heating temperature can be raised up to 155°c (steam pressure 6kg/sq.cm), heating medium of dryer can be steam, heating oil or LPG or other heating medium depends of customer’s requirement.

Drying chamber is provided to dry heavily printed woven and knitted fabrics. Effective nozzle drying systems gives a high drying capacity and uniform distribution of the hot air over the entire surface of the fabrics. Drying takes place 1, 3 or 5 Passages.
